Cloud Tech Mist Cannon Dust Suppression System brings state-of-the-art technology to the difficult and costly task of controlling dust at manufacturing, industrial and agricultural sites. It produces a ultra-fine water fog that effectively attracts and holds dust particles so that they can be more readily removed from the work place and other environmentally sensitive areas.
Cloud Tech Cold fog Dust Suppression System uses high pressure water fogging which creates a ultra-fine fog consisting of very fine water droplets (<10 micron size). (Defined as Dry Fog) in diameter. These tiny water droplets absorb even the smallest dust particles in the air, yet fall to the ground without wetness. Particularly suited for dusty environments.

Operating at 1500 PSI, Cloud Tech Dust Suppression System requires no costly air compressors, making the initial outlay lower than any other type of dust suppression system. Cloud Tech Dust Suppression System can be installed for as little as 60% of the conventional bag filter type system. It can operate on as little as five percent of the total energy of a conventional system.
Each Cloud Tech Mist Gun is custom designed to catch and suppress dust in the most effective way at any given site. The atomization nozzle and delivery system create a 10- micron fog droplet without using a air compressor, resulting in exceptionally cost effective PM- 10 suppression. Lightweight, compact, minimum of interference with plant and worker activity and easily installed.

The "Dry Fog" Dust Control System works on the principle of agglomeration. The Dust particles released from a Material Handling/Processing Plant which become air borne, are made to pass through a blanket of extremely fine Fog. The dust particles and the Micronic size Fog droplets collide and adhere to each other, thus increasing their mass. After a series of such collisions, the mass becomes heavy enough to cause settlement of the agglomerates on the larger mass of material being handled. The "Dry Fog" System is capable of controlling all types of breathable and fugitive dust ranging from 1 to 800 microns.
Basic research has shown that if water droplets of approximately the same size as the dust particles are produced, the probability of collision between the two is extremely high. We have developed a specially designed dual Fluid nozzle which shears water into droplets of the desired size by resonance effect. The fine droplets evaporate before wetting anything but the air-borne dust. The water addition in the system is 0.1%(Max.) by weight of the material being handled.
Application Field:-All conveyors transfer station duly covered by Skirt/Hood on the conveyor for handling of material including wagon tippler and various transfer point duly covered from wind blowing pressure.
The main principle of the System is to wet the material by a fine spray of Water so that the dust particles are made to impinge and adhere to the water droplets. The material is thus kept damp/wet, immobilizing the dust particles preventing them from becoming air borne.
